THE HILLINGDON (ON STREET PARKING PLACES) (EASTCOTE PARKING MANAGEMENT SCHEME) ZONES E, E1, E2 & E3 ORDER 2020 (AMENDMENT NO. 3) ORDER 2021

Hillingdon Council gives notice that on 15th July 2022 it made the above Orders to remove the following sections of permit holder parking places to facilitate the installation of new vehicle crossings:

i) Remove a section of Zone H1 parking place outside No. 7 New Road, Harlington and replace with 'Monday to Saturday 9am to 5pm' waiting restrictions.

ii) Remove a section of Zone HH parking place outside No. 40 Ashwood Avenue, Hillingdon and replace with 'Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm' waiting restrictions.

iii) Remove a section of Zone IC2 parking place outside No. 25 St Giles Avenue, Ickenham and replace with 'Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm' waiting restrictions.

iv) Remove a section of Zone C1 parking place outside No. 2 Belgrave Mews, Cowley and replace with 'Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm' waiting restrictions.

v) Remove a section of Zone WD7 parking place outside No. 122 Harmondsworth Road, West Drayton and replace with 'Monday to Saturday 9am to 5pm' waiting restrictions.

vi) Remove part of the Zone E2 parking place outside No. 31 Sunningdale Avenue, Eastcote and replace with ‘Monday to Saturday 9am to 5pm’ waiting restrictions.

Copies of the Orders which will come into operation on 25th July 2022 can be seen by appointment at the Civic Centre, Uxbridge during normal office hours, for six weeks following the date on which this notice is published. Copies of the Orders can be obtained from the Transport & Projects team, by email parkingmanagementschemes@hillingdon.gov.uk. If any person wishes to question the validity of these Orders or any of the provisions on the grounds that it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Act, or that any requirement of the Act or of any instrument made under the Act has not been complied with, that person may, within 6 weeks from the date on which these Orders were made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.
