W.I.N. PENSION FUND (THE “SCHEME”)
NOTICE OF SCHEME TERMINATION NOTICE TO CREDITORS AND BENEFICIARIES UNDER SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 and any other relevant power, that the Trustee of the Scheme is winding up the Scheme. Any employee, former employee, Creditors, Members, and others having any claim or claim to be beneficially interested in the assets of the W.I.N. Pension Fund are required to send particulars of such claim in writing to the Trustees of the Scheme, c/o XPS Administration Limited, 3rd Floor, West Wing, 40 Torphichen Street, Edinburgh EH3 8JB, by 1st October 2022..
Claimants should provide full details of their claim, including their full name, address, date of birth and, if applicable, dates of employment to make a claim. Please clearly quote the Scheme’s name in all correspondence.
After 1st October 2022, the Trustees will have regard only to the claims of which they then have notice. The Trustee will then proceed to wind up the Scheme.
The Trustees shall not be liable to any person of whose claims or demands it has not had notice. Any individuals who have already been contacted on behalf of the Trustees about this matter need not respond to this notice as the Trustees already have details of their claims and entitlements.
