Date of leaving: 9th November 2021

Notice is hereby given pursuant to sections 36 and 37 of the Partnership Act 1890 that with effect from 9th November 2021, Dr Karupiah retired from the Partnership and ceased to be a Partner with effect from that date. All debts due and owing by the Partnership will be received by the continuing partners who will continue to carry on the business of the Partnership. The address of the Partnership remains unchanged.
