1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Islington proposes to make the above mentioned Orders under Sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, and of all other powers thereunto enabling.

2. The general effect of the Orders would be to:

(a) introduce dedicated disabled bays in the following locations:

(i) on Collins Road outside No. 27 Park View;

(ii) outside No. 2b Tollington Place;

(iii) on Bredgar Road, opposite Hargrave Park Primary School; (iv) outside No. 160 Packington Street.

(b) amend existing parking places to allow for the introduction of dedicated disabled bays in the locations described in item 2(a).

(c) make various other amendments to the map schedules so that they accurately reflect the on-street parking layout, these amendments will not result in changes on-street.

3. A copy of the proposed Orders and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Order are available for inspection during normal office hours, at 222 Upper Street, London, N1 1XR. 4. Any person who wishes to object, or to make other representations about the proposed Orders should send a statement in writing, specifying the grounds on which they are made to Public Realm, P O Box 2025, PERSHORE, WR10 9BU (quoting reference 7045), within the period of twenty-one days from the date on which this Notice is published.
