Pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907 NOTICE is hereby given that, on 7 June 2022 RBC Trustees (Jersey) Limited – G1007/G9515 transferred the entirety of its interest in Felix Capital Fund I LP (the “Partnership”), represented by a capital contribution of $50.00 to JTC Employer Solutions Trustee Limited ATO the Rozel QROPS - R1518/R5882, and that with effect from the same date RBC Trustees (Jersey) Limited – G1007/G9515 ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership and JTC Employer Solutions Trustee Limited ATO the Rozel QROPS - R1518/R5882 became a limited partner in the Partnership.
