Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 31/08/2021 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 25/11/2021, I, Gina Margaret Cooper, of 26 Parklands Avenue, Shiddham, Thetford, Norfolk IP25 7PZ, Married/Civil Partnership, British Citizen, under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Gina Margaret Titman and assumed the name of Gina Margaret Cooper.
