Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 8 October 2021 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 13 December 2021, LEZLEY JANETH FLEUR EDWARDS of 35 Bergen House, Carew Street, Camberwell, London, SE5 9ED, single and a British Citizen, under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name Lesley Janeth Fleur Edwards and assumed the name of Lezley Janeth Fleur Edwards.
