NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN under section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that Prior Family Pension Scheme is being wound up in accordance with the governing provisions.

A notice has been sent by the trustees to all scheme members in accordance with the requirements of the Occupational Pension Schemes (Disclosure of Information) Regulations 1996.

If you have not received any such notice, and believe that you have entitlement to benefits from the scheme, please contact the trustees at the address given below within two month’s from the date of this notice.
