Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, in relation to Apax Europe VI-A, L.P., a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP009868 (the “Partnership”), that:

i. Shell Pensions Trust Limited as trustee of the Shell Contributory Pension Fund transferred 97.2543% of its interest in the Partnership, including 97.2543% of its capital contribution to PES Reuss-Placid LLC;

ii. Shell Pensions Trust Limited as trustee of the Shell Contributory Pension Fund transferred 0.6322% of its interest in the Partnership, including 0.6322% of its capital contribution to FPP Alternative Investments Class C Foreign Income Blocker LLC;

iii. Shell Pensions Trust Limited as trustee of the Shell Contributory Pension Fund transferred 2.1135% of its interest in the Partnership, including 2.1135% of its capital contribution to PES R-P Emp Holdings LP;

iv. Shell Trust (Bermuda) Limited as trustee of the Shell Overseas Contributory Pension Fund transferred 97.2543% of its interest in the Partnership, including 97.2543% of its capital contribution to PES Reuss-Placid LLC;

v. Shell Trust (Bermuda) Limited as trustee of the Shell Overseas Contributory Pension Fund transferred 0.6322% of its interest in the Partnership, including 0.6322% of its capital contribution to FPP Alternative Investments Class C Foreign Income Blocker LLC; and

vi. Shell Trust (Bermuda) Limited as trustee of the Shell Overseas Contributory Pension Fund transferred 2.1135% of its interest in the Partnership, including 2.1135% of its capital contribution to PES R-P Emp Holdings LP;

As a result of such transfers the following were admitted as limited partners to the Partnership:

i. PES Reuss-Placid LLC

ii. FPP Alternative Investments Class C Foreign Income Blocker LLC

iii. PES R-P Emp Holdings LP

As a result of such transfers, the following ceased to be limited partners of the Partnership:

i. Shell Pensions Trust Limited as trustee of the Shell Contributory Pension Fund

ii. Shell Trust (Bermuda) Limited as trustee of the Shell Overseas Contributory Pension Fund
