Notice is hereby given that on 17 May 2022, a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Dundee Sheriff Court by Dr Edward Henry Rawson Wade and Mrs Margaret Cherry Wade, both residing at 10 Balnacarron Avenue, Hepburn Gardens, St Andrews, Fife, KY16 9LT for an Order to restore Metalecosse Limited (Company Number SC164518), formerly having its registered office at 10 Balnacarron Avenue, Hepburn Gardens, St Andrews, Fife, KY16 9LT to the Register of Companies, in which Petition the Sheriff at Dundee, by Interlocutor dated 24 May 2022, ordained that any person desiring to object to the Petition lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Dundee, Sheriff Courthouse, 6 West Bell Street, Dundee, DD1 9AD within eight days after such intimation, service or advertisement, of which notice is hereby given.
