BA CITYFLYER PENSION SCHEME
NOTICE UNDER SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925
The Trustees of the defined contribution occupational pension scheme known as the BA CityFlyer Pension Scheme (the “Scheme”) intend to finalise the wind-up of the Scheme and make a distribution of any final assets remaining.
The Trustees believe they have the names and contact details of everyone who has a right to benefits under the Scheme. However, if you think you have an entitlement under the Scheme and have not already been contacted by the Trustees in relation to this matter please write to the Trustees c/o Chris Halewood, 2020 Trustee Services Limited, PO Box 18150, Redditch, B97 9XP.
Claimants should provide their full name, address, date of birth, National Insurance number and either details of when they were a member of the Scheme or details of the basis of their claim.
Your claim must arrive no later than two months after the publication of this notice. Late claims will not be accepted.
As soon as possible after the expiry of this notice, the Trustees will complete the wind-up of the Scheme, having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have prior notice.
