Notice is hereby given that, by an Order of the Court dated 3 May 2022 (the “Order”), John Kelmanson (IP Number 4866) (the “outgoing office-holder”) was removed as Office Holder in the cases listed in the Schedule A below and Stephen Katz (IP Number 8681) and David Rubin (IP Number 2591) of Begbies Traynor (London) LLP at Pearl Assurance House, 319 Ballards Lane, Finchley, London, N12 8LY and Paul Appleton (IP Number 8883), Paul Cooper (IP Number 15452) and Adam Shama (IP Number 15332) of Begbies Traynor (London) LLP at 31st Floor, 40 Bank Street, London, E14 5NR (the “replacement office-holders”) were appointed as office holders in his place as specified below. All removals and replacement appointments were made with immediate effect.
The creditors in each of the block transfer cases listed in Schedule A be notified of this order by way of one composite notice (the “Advertisement”) to be published in the Gazette within 21 days of receipt of the sealed Order.
Any creditor, in respect of any of the companies or persons listed in Schedule A who has an objection to the Order, has liberty to apply to vary or discharge the Order.
Creditors shall have 21 days from the date of this Advertisement to apply to Court to set aside or vary the terms of the Order. Such application shall not affect the transfer of the block transfer cases listed in Schedule A until further or other Order by the Court.
The replacement office-holders shall give notice to the Secretary of State and, in the case of companies, the Registrar of Companies, in respect of the insolvency proceedings listed in Schedule A of the terms of the Order as soon as reasonably practicable.
The replacement office-holders shall file a copy of the Order with each of the Courts listed in Parts 1 and 2 of Schedule A as soon as reasonably practicable.
The Outgoing Office-Holder shall receive his release as Trustee in Bankruptcy and Liquidator 35 days after the notification requirements detailed above have been fulfilled save that such release may be subject to further order in the event of an application by any creditor or member under paragraph 12 of the Order for the specific case subject to that application.
