Notice is hereby given by the general partner, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that as of 29 April 2022, The Cleveland Clinic Foundation, has transferred its entire interest as a limited partner in Bridgepoint Europe IV 'A' LP (the "Partnership"), a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with registration number LP015945, to Commonfund Capital Secondary Partner III, LP and Commonfund Secondaries Co-Investment Opportunities Fund, LP, which have been admitted as limited partners in the Partnership.
