Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 5 July 2021 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 22 December 2021, I, FAWZIA BEGUM, 2 Firth House Turin Street London E2 6AR Single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of FAWZI JENNIFER BEGUM and assumed the name of FAWZIA BEGUM.
