Notice is given under rule 14.28 of The Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016, by Lisa Rickelton, Simon Kirkhope and Matthew Boyd Callaghan of FTI Consulting LLP, 200 Aldersgate, Aldersgate Street, London EC1A 4HD, the Joint Liquidators of the Company, that we intend declaring a first interim dividend to the non-preferential unsecured creditors within two months of the last date for proving specified below.

Creditors who have not already proved are required, on or before 30 May 2022, the last date for proving, to submit a proof of debt to me by email at PolarcusUK@fticonsulting.com, by post at Polarcus UK Limited – In Liquidation, c/o FTI Consulting LLP, 200 Aldersgate, Aldersgate Street, London EC1A 4HD or, for known creditors, on the IPS creditor portal using the details provided to you. Additionally, if so requested by me, please provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to be necessary. A creditor who has not proved their debt before the date specified above is not entitled to disturb the dividend because they have not participated in it. No further public advertisement or invitation to prove debts will be given.
