This Notice is given under Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 ("the Rules") . It is delivered by the Joint Liquidators of the Company and the convener of the decision procedure, Darren Wilson of DKF Insolvency Limited, 6 Royal Mews, Southend on Sea, Essex, SS1 1DB (telephone number 01702 333 105), who was appointed by the members and creditors.

It is proposed that the following decisions to be made: 1. That a liquidation committee is not established. 2. That the Joint Liquidator's fees be fixed by reference to the time given by them and their staff in attending to matters arising in the Liquidation, such time to be charged at the hourly charge out rate of the grade of staff undertaking the work at the time it was undertaken. 3. That the Joint Liquidators be authorised to discharge all Category 2 expenses, calculated on the bases detailed in Mazar's Summary.

The decision date is 23.59 hours on 23 May 2022.

Creditors who meet one or more of the statutory thresholds listed below may, within 5 business days from the date of the delivery of the Notice to creditors, require a physical meeting to be held to consider the matter. Statutory thresholds to request a meeting: 10% in value of the creditors; 10% in number of the creditors; 10 creditors.

Unless they surrender their security, secured creditors must give particulars of their security, the date when it was given and the estimated value at which it is assessed if they wish to vote.
