1 as a Special Resolution and 2 as an Ordinary Resolution.

1. "That the Company be wound up voluntarily" and

2. "That Anthony Hyams of Insolve Plus Ltd,Allan House, 10 John Princes Street, London W1G 0AH be appointed Liquidator of the Company".
