This notice is given by the liquidator, Philippa Smith, office holder number 18670 of 22A Main Street, Garforth, Leeds, LS25 1AA who was appointed on 26 July 2021, and is to inform creditors that the liquidator intends to declare a first and final dividend to the preferential creditors of the above company.

Creditors who do not prove by that date will be excluded from the benefit of the distribution.
