A Petition to wind up the above-named company (registered no 10085383) of 4th Floor Newham Dockside, 1000 Dockside Road, London, England, E16 2QU presented on 22 February 2022 by BANK OF CHINA (UK) LIMITED with its offices at 1 Lothbury, London, EC2R 7DB (hereinafter called the "Petitioner") acting as facility agent for Bank of China Limited, Beijing Branch; Head Office Banking Department of Agricultural Bank of China Limited; Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited; China Construction Bank Corporation Beijing Branch; and China CITIC Bank Corporation Limited, Beijing Branch as lenders under a facility agreement dated 29 December 2016 claiming to be a creditor of the company, and advertised in the London Gazette on 7 March 2022 was heard by the High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts of England and Wales, Insolvency and Companies List (ChD) (the "Court") on 6 April 2022 and was dismissed by the Court.
