Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, with effect from 31 March 2022, Guy Davies transferred to Kathryn Davies a proportion of the interest held by him in the Partnership (represented by an aggregate capital contribution of £245.93) and James Wakefield transferred to Susan Wakefield a proportion of the interest held by him in the Partnership (represented by an aggregate capital contribution of £4.19) and with effect from such date each of Kathryn Davies and Susan Wakefield became a limited partner in the Partnership.
