Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Charles, Frederic & Co., as Nominee for The Bank of New York Mellon as Custodian F/B/O Hirtle Callaghan Private Equity Offshore Fund XI Limited (the “Transferor”) has transferred the entirety of its interest in the Partnership to Keats 505, LP (the “Transferee”). As a result, the Transferee has become a limited partner in the Partnership.
