(the "Partnership")

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 31 March 2022, the following partners:

i. Shell Pensions Trust Limited as trustee of the Shell Contributory Pension Fund;

ii. Shell Trust (Bermuda) Limited as trustee of the Shell Overseas Contributory Pension Fund; and

iii. Stichting Shell Pensioenfonds (together the "Transferors"),

transferred the whole of their respective interests in the Partnership, in different portions, to each of:

i. PES R-P Emp Holdings LP, acting by its general partner, VF VIII ESC Advisors LLC;

ii. PES Reuss-Placid LLC; and

iii. FPP Alternative Investments Class C Foreign Income Blocker LLC (together the "Transferees").

As a result of the above transfers, with effect from 31 March 2022, the Transferees were admitted to the Partnership as limited partners and the Transferors ceased to be limited partners in the Partnership.
