Notice is hereby given by the general partner, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that as of 31 March 2022, Shell Trust (Bermuda) Limited as Trustee of the Shell Overseas Contributory Pension Fund (the "Transferor") transferred part of its interest as a limited partner in Bridgepoint Europe III 'C' LP (the "Partnership"), a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with registration number LP010315, to PES Reuss-Placid LLC which has been admitted as a limited partner in the Partnership.
