Notice is hereby given by the general partner, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that as of 31 March 2022, STAPI LIFEYRISSJODUR (the "Transferor") transferred its entire interest as limited partner in Bridgepoint Europe V 'B1' LP (the "Partnership"), a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with registration number LP015949, to LANDON INVESTMENTS, SCR, SAU, which has been admitted as a limited partner in the Partnership.
