"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Craig Ridgley (IP No. 23232) of Voscap Limited, 67 Grosvenor Street, Mayfair, London, W1K 3JN and Emily Ball (IP No. 19970) of Stirling Advisory Limited, Lockington House, Millhouse Business Centre, Castle Donnington, DE74 2NJ be hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of the winding up."
