Thereafter, the following Ordinary Resolution was duly passed:

"That Sean Bucknall and Ian Wright, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of Quantuma Advisory Limited, 3rd Floor, 37 Frederick Place, Brighton, BN1 4EA be appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up".
