Pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, notice is hereby given by Sackville UK Property Select II (GP) No.1 Limited (the "General Partner") that the limited partnership known as Threadneedle UK Property Select II Sub-Partnership No.1 LP (LP015258) was dissolved on 18 December 2019, that the winding up of Threadneedle UK Property Select II Sub-Partnership No.1 LP has now completed, and that accordingly the General Partner will cease to be the general partner of Threadneedle UK Property Select II Sub-Partnership No.1 LP.
