NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the decision by correspondence procedure is to be used to seek a decision from the creditors of the company on 19 April 2022.

1. That a creditors’ committee NOT be established.

2. That the joint administrators’ proposals be approved without modification.

3. That that joint administrators’ pre appointment costs and expenses (excluding VAT) totalling £20,664.22 (excluding VAT) set out below be approved.

4. That the basis of the joint administrators’ remuneration be approved as follows:

- A set amount of £20,000 for matters pertaining to compliance, initial investigations and realisations of the Company’s fixed assets with the assistance of a chattels agent.

- 10% of the value of book debts recovered. We estimate this fee to be £25,900.

- 10% of the value of assets to be distributed to creditors. We estimate this fee to be £27,016.

5. That the joint administrators be authorised to draw category 2 expenses as incurred

In order to be entitled to vote creditors must deliver their claims and votes to The White Building, 1-4 Cumberland Place, Southampton, SO15 2NP by no later than 23.59 hours on 19 April 2022.
