Constantinos Pedhiou (IP Number: 014852) and Yiannis Koumettou (IP Number: 015676), both of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP of 1 Kings Avenue, London, N21 3NA were appointed as Joint Administrators of the Company on 07 February 2022.

Notice is given by Constantinos Pedhiou, the convener of the meeting (“the Convener”) that a decision is to be sought from the creditors of the above-named Company at a virtual meeting to be held on Thursday 14 April 2022 at 2.30 pm. The purpose of the virtual meeting is to approve the Joint Administrators’ proposals and to decide whether to form a committee, and if one is not formed, to seek resolutions approving the Joint Administrators’ pre administration costs and fixing the Joint Administrators’ remuneration.

In order to be entitled to vote at the meeting (either in person or by proxy), creditors must have submitted a proof in respect of their claim (unless a proof has already been submitted) to the Convener via the contact details below, by no later than 4pm on 13 April 2022.

Any creditor entitled to attend and vote at the meeting is entitled to do so either in person or by proxy. If you cannot attend and wish to be represented at the meeting, a completed proxy form must be delivered to the Convener via the contact details below, prior to the meeting.
