Notice is hereby given under rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016, that the Joint Administrators of the Company are seeking a decision from creditors by way of a physical meeting. This follows a request for a physical meeting from one or more of the creditors under section 246ZE of the Insolvency Act 1986 and, as a result, the original decision procedure is superseded.

The purpose of the meeting is to consider the following decisions:

- Our proposals dated 21 January 2022 are approved; and

- That a creditors’ committee will not be established.

A creditor may appoint a person as a proxy-holder to act as their representative and to speak, vote, abstain or propose resolutions at the meeting. A proxy must be completed on the Portal, delivered to the address given below by 4pm on 5 April 2022, or given to the chair before the meeting. A proxy can be given for this specific meeting, or a continuing proxy can be given which may be exercised at any meeting which begins after the proxy is delivered.

In order to be counted, a creditor’s vote must be supported by a proof of debt in respect the creditor’s claim. A vote will be disregarded if a creditor's proof in respect of their claim is not completed on the Portal or received at the address given below by 4pm on 5 April 2022, unless the chair of the meeting is content to accept the proof later. If a proof of debt has previously been lodged in the proceedings a further proof of debt is not required.

The Portal can be accessed at www.ips-docs.com using the login details provided to you in the initial letter to creditors. Alternatively, paper copies of the proxy form and proof of debt can be provided free of charge on request. Please contact Emily Thompson using the contact details shown below.
