Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 25 October 2021 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 5 January 2022, I, Lily Jane Darlow, 4 Morlais, Emmer Green, Reading, Berkshire, RG4 8PQ Single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Samuel James Darlow assumed the name of Lily Jane Darlow.
