Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that (1) Quadrangle Trust Company (BVI) Limited, Wickhams Cay Trust Company Limited and Raymond Lee Page as Trustees of the Patricia Langmead 1996 Children’s Settlement have assigned their entire interest in the Partnership to R & H Trust Co. (Guernsey) Limited and Granary Trust Limited as trustees of The Libra 1996 Settlement and (2) Quadrangle Trust Company (BVI) Limited, Wickhams Cay Trust Company Limited and Raymond Lee Page as Trustees of the Langmead 1997 Settlement have assigned their entire interest in the Partnership to R & H Trust Co. (Guernsey) Limited and Granary Trust Limited as trustees of The Scorpio 1997 Settlement.

As a result of the transfer, Quadrangle Trust Company (BVI) Limited, Wickhams Cay Trust Company Limited and Raymond Lee Page as Trustees of the Patricia Langmead 1996 Children’s Settlement and Quadrangle Trust Company (BVI) Limited, Wickhams Cay Trust Company Limited and Raymond Lee Page as Trustees of the Langmead 1997 Settlement have ceased to be limited partners of the Partnership and R & H Trust Co. (Guernsey) Limited and Granary Trust Limited as trustees of The Libra 1996 Settlement and R & H Trust Co. (Guernsey) Limited and Granary Trust Limited as trustees of The Scorpio 1997 Settlement have been admitted as limited partners of the Partnership.
