“That the company be wound up voluntarily”;
“That Richard Warwick and Timothy Alexander Close, both of Milsted Langdon LLP, Winchester House, Deane Gate Avenue, Taunton, Somerset, TA1 2UH, be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purpose of the voluntary winding-up”, and
“That the Joint Liquidators be authorised to act jointly and severally in the liquidation.”
