BEECH TREE EXECUTIVES' PARTNERSHIP III, L.P.

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, as amended (the "Act"), that each of Andrew Neil Marsh and Paul Jonathan Franks have transferred to each of Simon David Hemley, Luke Burns, Ben Joseph Cartwright and Adam James Rudd part of their respective interests in Beech Tree Executives' Partnership III, L.P., a limited partnership formed under Scottish law and the Act with registered number SL034507 (the "Partnership"), on 8 March 2022, and consequently, on that date, Simon David Hemley, Luke Burns, Ben Joseph Cartwright and Adam James Rudd became limited partners in the Partnership.
