Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustees Act 1925 that the Scheme is due to be wound up. Any former employees of Transferry Shipping Company Limited (the “Company”) who think that they are or were Members of the Scheme, or any other person who has a claim against the Scheme, are required to write to Elaine Williams at the address below with full details of their name, address, date of birth and period which they were employed by the Company together with any supporting documents within 2 months of the publication date of this notice.

After that date the Trustees will only have regard to the claims and interests of which they have notice and will not be liable to any person of whose claim they have not had notice.
