At a General Meeting of the above named Company duly convened and held at Unit 1 St Pauls Mill, Barbara Street, Bolton, BL3 6UQ on 17 February 2022, the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution:

“That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Sandra Fender (IP No. 23272) and Andrew Fender (IP No. 6898) both of Sanderlings LLP, Sanderling House, Springbrook Lane, Earlswood, Solihull, B94 5SG be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding-up."

At the subsequent creditors' decision procedure on 17 February 2022 the resolutions were ratified confirming the appointment of Sandra Fender and Andrew Fender as Joint Liquidators.
