Trust Deed: Deed of Covenant dated 15 February 2006 relating to the property known as Lot 6 at Newtown Lockerly, Ramsey, Hampshire made between Trevor Gerald Mead and Margaret May Mead (1) and New Farm Holdings Limited (2)

Property: Land adjoining Wychelms, Newton Road, Awbridge, Ramsey SO51 0GG (Title number HP676902) being the land comprised in the above mentioned Deed of Covenant

Treasury Solicitor: The Solicitor for the Affairs of Her Majesty's Treasury of PO Box 2119, Croydon CR90 9QU (DX 325801 Croydon 51).

2. The Treasury Solicitor as nominee for the Crown (in whom the property and rights of the company vested when the company was dissolved) hereby disclaims the Crown's beneficial title (if any) in the Property arising under the said trust deed, the vesting of the Property having come to her notice on 3 March 2021.
