NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Joint Liquidators of the above-named company have formed the opinion that the company will be unable to pay its debts in full, and are therefore convening a meeting of the creditors of the company in accordance with Article 81(2) of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 (the Order) for the purposes of presenting a statement of affairs in respect of the company and to vote on the appointment of a liquidator to act in the creditors’ voluntary winding-up.

The meeting will be held at EY, Bedford House, 16 Bedford Street, Belfast, BT2 7DT on 15 February 2022 at 10am.

Proxies for use at the meeting must be lodged, together with proofs of debt for voting purposes, at the offices of EY or by emailing them to mscullion@parthenon.ey.com not later than noon on the business day before the meeting.

Andrew Dolliver of EY, Bedford House, Bedford Street, Belfast, the current liquidator of the company, is a person qualified to act as an insolvency practitioner in relation to the company who will, during the period before the day on which the meeting is to be held, furnish creditors free of charge with such information concerning the company’s affairs as they may reasonably require.
