Notice is hereby given that I Miles Needham, the Joint Liquidator of the above named Company, appointed on 10 June 2021, intend to declare and distribute an interim dividend within the period of two months from the last date for proving mentioned below.

A distribution may be made without regard to the claim of any person in respect of a debt not proved.
