The Independent Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal constituted under the above mentioned Order has held an inquiry into applications made by the Law Society of Northern Ireland and having found the allegations contained in the affidavit of the applicant to be substantiated, ordered that the name of Joseph Kelly be struck-off the Roll of Solicitors of Northern Ireland.

This order may be subject of an appeal by Joseph Kelly.
