At a general meeting of the above-named company, duly convened, and held virtually on 17 January 2022 the following resolutions were passed as a Special resolution and as an Ordinary resolution:

“That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Claire Middlebrook, of Middlebrooks Business Recovery & Advice, One Lochrin Square, 92 Fountainbridge, Edinburgh EH3 9QA, (IP No. 9650) be appointed Liquidator of the company.” At the subsequent creditors’ decision procedure on 17 January 2022 the resolutions were ratified confirming the appointment of Claire Middlebrook of Middlebrooks Business Recovery & Advice, Lochrin Square, 92 Fountainbridge, Edinburgh, EH3 9QA, as Liquidator of the company.
