Take notice that the Company, incorporated in the Cayman Islands and with business activities in the United Kingdom, was put into voluntary liquidation on 29 December 2021 by special resolution passed at an extraordinary meeting of the shareholders of the Company on 29 December 2021.

And further notice that Cosimo Borrelli, of D&P China (HK) Limited t/a Kroll, Level 17, Tower 1, Admiralty Centre, 18 Harcourt Road, Admiralty, Hong Kong and Mitchell Mansfield, of Kroll (Cayman) Ltd, 3rd Floor, Strathvale House, 90 North Church Street, George Town, Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands have been appointed Joint Voluntary Liquidators of the Company.

And notice is hereby given that creditors of the Company are to prove their debts or claims by 7 February 2022 and to establish any title they may have under The Companies Act (2021 Revision) of the Cayman Islands by sending their names, addresses and the particulars of their debts or claims to the undersigned, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts and/or claims are proved or from objecting to the distribution.
