Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that EQT Holdings VII B.V. has transferred their entire interest in EQT VII Holding Limited Partnership, a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL020317 (the “Partnership”), to EQT VII FC Collect SCA. EQT Holdings VII B.V. has ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership. EQT VII FC Collect SCA has been admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership.
