We, Dean Watson (IP No. 009661) of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 340 Deansgate, Manchester, M3 4LY and Neil Dingley (IP No. 09210) of Moore, 1 Lakeside, Festival Way, Festival Park, Stoke on Trent, ST1 5RY were appointed as Joint Administrators on 24 March 2020.

The Joint Administrators intend to declare and distribute a dividend to preferential creditors of the Company within two months from the last date for proving, which is 31 January 2022. The dividend will be the first and final dividend being declared.
