Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Hasso Plattner Investment GmbH & Co. KG transferred their entire interests in EQT VI (No.1) Limited Partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP014349 (the “Partnership”) to HPC Germany GmbH & Co. KG. As a result of such transfer HPC Germany GmbH & Co. KG were admitted as limited partners of the Partnership and Hasso Plattner Investment GmbH & Co. KG ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership.
