Block transfer of insolvency cases –

Notice is hereby given that by an Order of the Court dated 17 December 2021, Mark Robin Sands (IP number 9111) (“the Outgoing Office-Holder”) be forthwith removed from office as trustee in bankruptcy and as supervisor in respect of the cases listed below. Maxine Reid-Roberts (“the Replacement Office-Holder) be forthwith appointed as trustee in bankruptcy and as supervisor in respect of the cases below. In respect of the case of Catherine Giselle Pryce the Replacement Office-Holder shall join office with Christopher Brooksbank.
Joint appointments
Any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by joint appointees may be done by either or both of them.
Notification
The creditors, and in respect the IVAs the debtors, within the cases shall be notified of this order by wary of a notice (“Advertisement”) to be published in the Gazette within 21 day of receipt of the sealed Order.
Any creditor or, as appropriate, debtor who has an objection to this Order shall have 56 days from the date of the Advertisement to apply to this Court to set aside or vary the terms of this Order.
The Replacement Office-Holder shall give notice the Secretary of State in respect of the appointments hereunder as soon as reasonably practicable.
The Replacement Office-Holder shall file a copy of this Order with the relevant Court with jurisdiction over each of the Cases.
The removal of the Outgoing Office-holder and appointment of the Replacement Office-holders shall take place without the Outgoing Office-holder being required to file a receipts and payments account.
The Outgoing Office-holder shall receive his release as trustee in bankruptcy upon application to the Secretary of State and otherwise in accordance with the terms of the relevant arrangement.
