Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 36(2) of the Partnership Act 1890, that on 15 December 2021:

1 Laredo Investments 1 LLC assigned its entire interest in and ceased to be a partner of the Partnership and Lar 1 Ltd, a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of Nevis with file number 0001941, was assigned the interest and admitted as a partner in the Partnership; and

2 Laredo Investments 2 LLC assigned:

(a) 49.8% of its interest in the Partnership to Lar 1 Ltd; and

(b) 0.2% of its interest in the Partnership to Lar 2 Ltd, a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of Nevis with file number 0001944 and Lar 2 Ltd was admitted as a partner in the Partnership,

and ceased to be a partner of the Partnership.
