In accordance with the provisions of Regulation 31(1)(b) of the above Regulations, The Highland Council hereby gives notice that it has GRANTED planning permission for the above development (application ref: 20/01129/S42) submitted by Kilmac Energy (Glen Ullinish) Ltd in April 2020.
