Notice is hereby given that, by an Order of the Court dated 20 August 2021, Anthony Malcolm Cork (IP number 9401) was removed as Office Holder in the case listed in the Schedule below and Meghan Andrews (IP number 24110) of Azets Holdings Limited, 2nd Floor Regis House, 45 King William Street, London, EC4R 9AN was appointed as Office Holder in his place as specified below. All removals and replacement appointments were made with immediate effect.

Notification

Notice of the removal be given to creditors by advertisement in the London Gazette which advertisement shall be deemed good notice for the purpose of the relevant provisions of the Insolvency Act 1986 and rule 12.38(6)(b) of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 (“the Advertisement”).

Any creditor may apply to vary or discharge this order by issuing an application at this Court within 56 days after publication of the Advertisement.

Anthony Cork shall be released from office 56 days after publication of the Advertisement, save insofar as a creditor has made an application as above and otherwise on application to the Secretary of State.

The effect of rules 18.3, 18.4, 18.8 and 18.9 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 be suspended so that the appropriate date in respect of the officeholder's reporting obligations be unaffected by this application and that the date shall remain the same as it would have had this application not been made.

As Anthony Cork was a joint officeholder, the incoming officeholder may exercise all powers jointly with the co-officeholder or separately.

A sealed copy of this order be delivered as soon as reasonably practicable to the Secretary of State.

A sealed copy of this order is to be filed with the above-mentioned County Court.
