Notice is given that National Highways Limited (Company no 9346363) has determined that the proposal M3 Shepperton Noise Barrier Installation (557652)(Mid point TQ 07603 67559) which is a relevant project within the meaning of section 105A(1) of the Highways Act 1980 (as amended) is not to be made subject to Environmental Impact Assessment in accordance with Part VA of the Highways Act 1980 (as amended) and EC Directive 85/337/EEC (as amended).

Any comments about this notice should be sent to National Highways at the address given below. Any comments should be made as soon as possible and received by National Highways by close of play on 11th February 2022.
